I’ll admit right off – this is a lure. Who am I luring? Well, I don’t know exactly. What I do know is that there are lots of you checking out my previous post on French Bulldog sketches, yet nary a comment. So this always makes me curious.
Are you Frenchie people? Bully breed people? Do you just love looking at Frenchie drawings? Needless to say, as this is a focus of much of my animal drawing subject matter as well as children’s book illustration at this time, I have plenty to post. But I am left wondering … what is it you’re looking for?
Should you be interested, my Frenchie Banana Split drawing is part of a set of blank note cards, Frenchie Sundae Pups, (sorry, no longer available) featuring 4 adorable babies and ice cream. The little vignette of the Frenchie Fairy is another blank note card, and with every purchase of these I will donate $4.00 per box to the French Bulldog Rescue Network, (FBRN), who is currently inundated with Frenchies in need due to the economy. Even if you don’t buy my note cards, if you’re here because you’re a Frenchie lover – go visit and help them out!
Hope you enjoy these little summer-y sweeties, and do say hello!
p.s. Find more Frenchie cars and art here!

I love your drawings 🙂

SWEET!!!! Love the sundae! I’m a Frenchie person, with a love of Staffie’s too!!! Came across your blog searching for Frenchie art. I’ve visited your site and passed it on to all my Frenchie friends.
I’ll be ordering some cards, ASAP. Keep up the beautiful work!!! I esp. like the idea of donating a portion to breed rescue.

I am a frenchie lover through and through. I never owned a dog prior to my falling in love with a french bulldog while in my 40’s and that was it. They started my motor and have kept me reved up’ ever since. I am loved by 5 frenchies of all colors and shapes and couldn’t be happier. I was resting for a moment a wounded knee and reading an old Just Frenchies magazine I dozed off for a few moments only to wake to the sweetest snoring sound of a brindle frenchie puppy. While I watched her continue to rest and stretch every so often, I wanted to take a moment and check out my favorite frenchie artist: Jeanne Balsam’s website and see what was new. I am always amazed at this website because I always think that I am coming here to look at the cutest frenchie drawings only to get drawn away in my mind to thoughts of spirituality, new books to read, poetry writing how toes, daydreams of the weather, dressing up for the day to inspire myself, and baking a cake from scratch. So I thank you for refilling my body and mind with new energy to carry me forward. Toni Myers

Thank you so much, Toni. I never know who stops in to read my blog; I just write about the many things that are near and dear to me – all the things you mentioned, my own hopes and dreams for the future and what lights my way. I am truly happy to hear that what I write on my blog has touched you in this way. I’ve been overwhelmed as of late with so much on my plate, and my blogging has fallen a little to the wayside. Just knowing one person is inspired by my blog posts inspires ME to want to write more.
So thank YOU!
